Position Description: The DCAC is looking for a Director of Forensic Services who will supervise our investigative team and will provide forensic interviews to children. As a supervisor, the Director of Forensic Services will provide regular supervision to forensic interviewers and advocates, over see our multidisciplinary team and be a part of our leadership team. As a Forensic Interviewer the Director of Forensic Services will conduct forensic interviews of children who are suspected victims of abuse using research based interview protocols and techniques, and testify in civil and criminal court. The Forensic Interviewer will be expected to work closely and effectively with multidisciplinary team members, facilitating and actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, and peer review. We are looking for candidates who have 5 years leadership experience, may have experience in forensic interviewing, and are organized, self-motivated, and work well with a team. Passion for kids is a must. ND Licensure as a counselor or social worker (LAPC, LPC, LPCC, LBSW, LCSW, or LICSW) is required. Apply Here

Position Description: This position provides statewide guidance and training/technical assistance (T/TA) to local sexual assault programs, communities, other professionals and institutions, and state agencies regarding sexual assault/sexual violence victim advocacy and coordinated community response efforts and ways to strengthen trauma- focused victim -centered help and support and sexual assault response policies/protocols. Position Description: The Coordinator will act as the lead staff person for the goals and activities of the CAWS North Dakota Rape Prevention and Education (RPE) Assessing Coalition Capacity to Advance Primary Prevention Project and will coordinate collaboration and activities with the ND Department of Health and Human Services (NDDHHS) to support state RPE-funded Green Dot program community prevention efforts in ND.
